We have set up a mechanized foundry for making Gray Iron, Ductile Iron and Steel castings to the tune of 500 Tonnes / month in Machenahalli Indus, Area, in Shimoga, Karnataka.

We have installed a fully mechanized machine moulding line with Arpa 300 machine of Disa (India). This will be supplied with sand from a sand plant consisting of Eirich Sand Mixer. of 10 Tonnes / hr capacity. The metal will be supplied from a 2 Tonnes medium frequency Electric melting furnace supplied by M/s. Electrotherm, Ahmedabad.

We are having hand moulding facility for bigger castings and our machine moulding box size is 520x 520 x 150 /175 /200.

We can make castings up to 1.7 Tonnes Single piece. We have a working floor area of 4200 Sq, mt. and established a fully equipped lab with a spectrometer.

Production commenced in August 2007.

Our board of directors includes foundry and metallurgical Engineers, with long standing working experience in foundry who will be directing the operations of the foundry.
The directors have working experience in foundries like M/s. Shanthala Spherocast, M/s. Vijay Technocrats, M/s. Jayaswals Neco Ltd, Nagpur, M/s. Vignyan Industries Ltd (a subsidiary of BEML Bangalore).
