One Italian make SM 40 A model core making machine, with core box size 400x600x580 mm.
Two Italian make SM 30 A model core making machines, with core box size 440x490x580mm.

POURING AND COOLING LINE

 KNOCKING & FETTLING

Italian designed mechanised system for de-coring of castings, consisting of Vibratory Feeder & Magnetic Separator.
Chamber type continuous shot blasting machine with monorail and four hangers of 500 kg capacity.
7 CFT capacity Tumb-blasting machine with auto loader conveyor system & dust collector.
Pedestal, Pneumatic pencil grinders for fettling.

QUALITY CONTROL

  • French make JY – 16 E Model Spectrometer, for chemical analysis of 20 elements.

  • OLYMPUS make microscope with photo attachment and TV monitor system.

  • Chemical analysis of Raw material i.e. Fe-Si, Fe-Mn,Fe-Cr by wet process.

  • Shell Sand testing facilities such as AFS, Peel Back & LO I of Coated sand.

  • FIE make Bench type Brinell Hardness Testing Machine.

  • FIE make 40 T cap. Universal Tensile Testing machines.

  • FIE make Charpy/ Izod Impact testing machine.
     

PATTERN MAKING

Cast Iron Pattern manufacturing facility with CNC machining are located at our Sub Contractors.
ARGO Milling M/c with DRO for In house Working on Pattern & Core boxes.
